Our Coaches


Kelsie Badger was 
born and raised in Rockford, Washington. She attended Freeman High School where she played volleyball, basketball and ran track. After high school, she attended EWU where she again played volleyball and ran track. Kelsie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. Kelsie is the Educational Assistant at John Brown Elementary and coaches the Varsity volleyball team at Lakeland High School. This is the 4th year Kelsie is coaching for Idaho Impact VBC.

 “Volleyball is my passion. I enjoy coaching and teaching players at all levels. My hope is that every player will learn to love the game, work hard, and have fun.”

 



Courtney Eaton
has 
played volleyball for the past 13 years. She has played club since 8th grade and was a captain every year, as well as in high school where she was all league her senior year. Courtney has played setter from 7th-10th grade, outside/right side hit 10th-11th grade, and DS 12th grade. Courtney has also helped out with Spirit Lake Parks and Rec volleyball programs where she coached and refereed elementary girls, as well as refereed adults for the past few years.
"When I first started I fell in love and knew I wanted to play my entire life. Growing up I figured out how to play all year long.  First was school season, then club, then 4 on 4, then open gyms and team camps.  In the summer of freshman year I went to Seaside, Oregon to play in the 2 on 2 beach volleyball tournament with one of my friends and have loved beach as well ever since."



Willow Hanna
attended Post Falls High School competing in volleyball, basketball and track.  She then went  to Linfield College where she continued playing volleyball.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Minor in Biology. At Regis University, she
earned a Master of Education degree and currently teaches science at Post Falls High School.  Her coaching career has spanned 15 years with experience in local clubs with developmental, U-12 and U-14 teams as well as Freshmam, C and JV. In nine years as the varsity coach at Post Falls High School, her teams had four state appearances including a 2nd place finish. 


Jennifer Weil has been the Director of Idaho Impact VBC for 9+ years and has coached for various teams within the club. She has coached for 10+ years for various ages in club volleyball as well as high school. Additionally, Jen has been a State High School Volleyball Official for 20 years.
